Setup Unit Types

A range of standard Unit Types is used by the Employee and Adjustment forms to define the units of pay or Absence. For example, Overtime is normally in Units of Hours while Holiday is in Days.

New Unit Types can be setup as required. For example, an educational organisation may require Periods as units being equivalent to 45 mins. If an Employee is setup to be paid £10 per Period then by entering 6 Periods on the Adjustment form a total Value of £60 would be calculated.

TT PAPA automatically converts between hours, days, weeks and months as required. There should be no need for a calculator!
