In TT PAPA an organisation is defined by various levels:
1) One or more Companies divided into;
2) One or more Departments that contain;
3) None or more Sections that can have;
4) One or more Job Titles.
Job Titles are entered into the Company hierarchy (see below) and Employees are assigned to a Company, Department and Job Title.
All this is done graphically with Cut and Paste options for moving Job Titles around the organisation.
Any Employee's position within this hierarchy can be displayed quickly by the Employee Hierarchy form and
an organisation chart can be printed from these details.
Each Job Title can be allocated a Grade and a range of Pay Scales that determine the allowable Pay Details on the Employee form.
TT PAPA checks and validates all Grades, Pay Scales and Employee Pay Details so that they remain consistent with each other. For example, if an Employee's pay is changed to above the top of the allocated Pay SCale then a warning message will be displayed.
If a Pay Scale is changed (i.e. EPH below to £8.30) then the Adjustment Review form will automatically make all the payroll and Employee changes required.
