Setup Diary

The Diary is a very powerfull and flexible part of TT PAPA that sets this payroll and personnel system above the rest. The Diary is more like an Expert System, a Workflow System and Intelligent Alarm system all rolled into one. A Diary can analyse, compare and check any field in TT PAPA with any other and will pop-up and inform you of its findings.

For example, some Employees may have a limited residence permit and you need to know when someone's permit is going to expire. Normally this would involve a report, knowing what to look for and remembering to check regularily; all things that can get neglected in a busy office environment. With a Diary entry, however, you can forget about the problem because your 'expertise' has been entered into TT PAPA. One day the following message will pop-up and you can take appropriate action:



Other examples include:
1) Someone has turned up late more than 6 times this year!
2) Someone in Delivery has a driving licence that will expire next month!
3) A Course has more people allocated than the Venue can hold!
4) It is someone's 40th birthday this week!
5) The combined pay of everyone in Admin has gone over the budgeted £100,000 ceiling!
6) More than 3 people are retiring next month!
7) Someone has had the same pay for more than 24 months!
8) There are now more staff in Admin than in Sales!
9) Total sickness this month has exceeded 100 hours!
