Setup Criteria

A Criteria is a very powerfull and flexible part of TT PAPA that sets this payroll and personnel system above the rest. Criteria are used to select a range of records and can be used with any of the 42 reports within TT PAPA and any new ones the user may create. The flexibility of the Criteria themselves is second to none and new ones can be created easily or, for more complicated ones, supplied free of charge.

Examples of Criteria results include:
1) Married Employees who earn over £20,000 and work in Sales.
2) Employees who have been Sick for more than 3 consecutive days this month.
3) Any vegetarians who will be attending the April Sales Refresher Course.
4) All Employees who have more than 3 staff under them in the organisation chart.
5) Any Adjustments where the reason for Absence was not mentioned.
6) All Courses that cost over £500 that were held in Room 6.
7) Employees whose birthday it is this month.

Instead of waiting to be used in a Report, a Criteria can also appear as a Light in the Employee Header to signal that the current Employee requires attention.
