Reports Waste Time

Reports are great, but they do take a lot of time to print and examine and analyse and check. There is a reduced need in TT PAPA for producing reports thanks to the Diary facility that automatically checks data for events, conditions and exceptions. Why spend hours examining reports every month when the Diary can do the checking for you? For example, most Companies print a report of Holidays booked and check that not too many people are absent at the same time. With the TT PAPA Diary there is no need for this report at all because the Diary can pop-up and tell you, for example, when there are only 2 people left in the office. The Diary can be put to 100s of other uses too.
