Employee Header

The Employee Header appears at the top of many forms showing the current Employee and any Lights that may be on.

The Employee Header can quickly open other Employee forms, click in the list to see them:

The Employee Header can search by Surname or Employee Number quickly. Only 1 or 2 key presses are required to find most Employees.

It is TT PAPA's Diary system that makes the Employment form truly powerful. The Diary can be programmed with reminders and alarms that do the expert thinking for you. These alarms can also show as Lights in the Employee Header. Some examples include:
1) It is someone's birthday today!
2) Someone who works in Admin has an hourly rate of under 10 pounds!
3) An Employee's Right To Work will expire next month!
4) Someone will have been in the Company for 5 years next month
5) A Married Employee does not have a Wife or Husband in the Next of Kin form!
6) An Employee has been here 3 weeks but has not signed the Terms and Conditions contract!
