Correspondance Form
TT PAPA stores Word and Excel documents against an Employee in a complete list. This saves having to load Word or Excel everytime you need to communicate with an Employee and does away with saving all those Word and Excel files somewhere!
Word and Excel documents can be edited directly within this Correspondance form (in which case a Word or Excel toolbar will be displayed) or for longer documents Word or Excel can be started. Either way, the document is stored within TT PAPA for fast finding, editing and printing.
The Employee Header finds Employees quickly and displays extra information as required.
