Adjustment Review

For Companies with a large number of Employees it can be time consuming to change certain Adjustments, for example; when Salaries are reviewed. This Adjustment Review form can be used to quickly recalculate and re-enter any type of Adjustment en-masse and alter the Pay Details section of the Employee form automatically if required. The recalculations can be based on amounts and percentages and can be viewed before the changes are made so that the effects of a 5% Salary increase, for example, can be examined and budgeted for. The results can be viewed on the Adjustment form in the usual way.



If Pay Scales are used and if a Pay Scale is changed then this Adjustment Review form will automatically set itself up to change the pay of all the Employees on that particular Pay Scale. In this way, a Pay Scale need only be changed once (for example; from £8.80/hr to £9.10/hr) for the changes to have effect across the entire payroll.
