Reports

Almost all reports are can be produced in 3 simple steps. Reporting areas include:
Employee reports,
Adjustment reports,
Payslip reports,
Training reports,
Authority reports.

Features include the ability to:
1) Generate new reports using the Report Writting tools.
2) Generate new Queries (the data behind the reports).
3) Use and create Criteria to filter the contents of any report.
4) Export any report to Word for formatting, refining and emailing.
5) Export the data behind any report to Excel for further analysis.
6) Import and Export reports to floppy disk (and other tools from the Setup Reports form.).


Reports Waste Time

There is a reduced need in TT PAPA for producing reports thanks to the Diary facility that automatically checks data for events, conditions and exceptions. Why spend hours examining reports every month when the Diary can do the checking for you? For example, most Companies print a report of Holidays booked and check that not too many people are absent at the same time. With the TT PAPA Diary there is no need for this report at all because the Diary can pop-up and tell you, for example, when there are only 2 people left in the office. The Diary can be put to 100s of other uses too.
