Training & Installation – Chargeable
We do not believe in dumping software on a user and expecting them to read our 111 page manual without guidance. All new users receive professional training that explains PAPA features and procedures; how to structure the company’s details, security and your set-up payroll. Training and installation normally take a half-day and are chargeable. Our training has to be excellent because we offer unlimited support afterwards!

Support – Unlimited
A monthly license fee ensures that unlimited telephone support is available to each user. TT PAPA is so easy to use that we can offer unlimited support in the knowledge that you will not be always calling for help. The license fee is based on the number of companies, users and employees in your organization. This ensures that small companies pay small prices while larger companies who use the full spectrum of TT PAPA features pay more.

Upgrades – Free
Software tends to go out of date, and while other companies charge for upgrades, PAPA upgrades are free. Upgrades ensure PAPA meets local requirements and continually improve the range of features available. In this way you will not have the expense and hassle of buying a replacement package again.
